Responsibility: You are responsible for the energy you bring into the salon. A bad attitude equals compromised service.
Respect: The other client enjoying her time in the salon does not deserve to hear your cellphone ringing or your latest complaints. Always keep in positive.
Reassurance: Let your artist know when they change your life by spreading the word. Referrals are how your stylist knows they matter.
